Welcome to Daremis! "We," "us," and "our" refer to Daremis. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to give you a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Daremis is powered by Shopify, which helps us bring the Services to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you'd rather not agree, we understand — please just don't use the Services.

Daremis runs on Shopify, but any purchases you make are made directly with us. Shopify isn't responsible for any part of these sales, and you agree to release Shopify from related claims, damages, and liabilities.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy, and some data may also fall under Shopify's Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or reviews ("Feedback"), you're granting us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it however we'd like, including commercially. We're not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, pay you for it, or respond to it, and we may remove Feedback we consider inappropriate. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Daremis, Shopify, and our respective affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, that come from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law or third-party rights, or use of the Services.

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Us not enforcing something once doesn't mean we're giving up that right for later. These Terms are governed by the laws of wherever Daremis is headquartered, and you agree to that jurisdiction's courts. Headings are just here for convenience.
